Particular attention has been given to presenting material on topics susceptible to discussion, with a view to securing an interchange of ideas at the convention among those particularly interested in this subject. As this report goes to press, Council regrets the resignation of Mr. Coffin, who has been succeeded as Chairman by Mr. Stevenson.
