Abstract

Dendritic cells are well known as the strongest specific antigen-presentation cells in vivo, which exert the effects of capturing, processing and presenting antigen,as well as sensitizing naive T cells. In recent years, researches have showed that epigenetic processes such as DNA methylation, histone modifications, chromatin remodeling, genomic imprinting and non-coding RNA can regulate the expression of some related genes which can also regulate the differentiation and function of dendritic cells. In this review, from DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA,we summarize the recent study of dendritic cell differentiation and function of epigenetic regulation mechanisms. Key words: Dendritic cell; DNA methylation; Histone modification; Non-coding RNA
