Abstract

惊厥是儿科常见急症,其发生的机制、发作部位、脑损伤的程度、治疗效果及预后评估一直是人们所关注的问题.近年来,氧质子磁共振波谱的问世,为临床提供了一种新的测定脑中与能量生成有关的各种代谢物质浓度,概观脑部特定区域的神经生化状态的非创伤性技术.目前已广泛应用于神经系统疾病.它在小儿惊厥性疾病的应用中,从生化代谢水平上,对了解和研究惊厥后脑内组织代谢的变化,为惊厥的早期诊断、治疗效果及预后评估等提供了一种新的手段。
