Abstract

Background Perioperative transfusion in patients with malignant is a major problem in clinical practice. In recent years, numerous studies have shown that perioperative transfusion lead to immune suppression, recurrence and metastasis, which reduced the survival rate. Therefore, clinicians paid more attention to transfusion therapy and tumor-related issues. Objective Raising awareness of reasonable perioperative transfusion for the patients with malignant tumor, further implementation of rational use of blood. Content Progress of perioperative transfusion in patients with malignant tumor. Trend Perioperative transfusion for patients with malignant tumor should be based on the evaluation about the risk-benefit ratio. We should emphasize the rational use of blood, use a variety means of blood protection method, reduce the unnecessary transfusions.
