Abstract

Pulmonary hypertension is a group of diseases with high pressure of pulmonary circulation, severe cases can lead to increased right ventricular afterload, even right heart failure.Children pulmonary hypertension is difficult to detect in early stage because its nonspecific clinical manifestations.It is a serious complication of many respiratory diseases, it leads to decreased lung function and life quality.Screening early pulmonary hypertension of these children will facilitate it's diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
