Abstract
非小细胞肺癌新辅助免疫治疗发展迅速，包括新辅助单药/双药免疫治疗、新辅助化疗/放疗联合免疫治疗等；部分临床试验结果显示，在经过选择的非小细胞肺癌患者中，新辅助免疫治疗具有可观的病理缓解率并产生可观察到的临床获益，而且毒副作用可耐受。Nivolumab联合化疗已于近期被美国食品药物监督管理局（Food and Drug Administration, FDA）批准用于非小细胞肺癌新辅助治疗。非小细胞肺癌新辅助免疫治疗的长期疗效、副作用以及手术相关问题需要进一步关注。
