Abstract
With the development of medicine, various disciplines have become more specialized, and liver surgery has developed rapidly, which is inseparable from the development of experimental research. Mouse animal models play an important role in experimental studies of liver surgery. According to the literature reports in recent years, we simply review the application of several mouse models in experimental study of liver surgery: fatty liver disease, liver cancer, liver resection, liver transplantation, liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and other models.
