Abstract

Chronic pelvic pain is a syndrome of non-cyclical pelvic pain caused by a variety of causes lasting more than 6 months with organic or functional causes, which involves a wide range of systems, unclear etiology, complex species, high incidence, difficult diagnosis, and poor treatment, and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Gynecologic factors are common causes among many etiologies. This article reviews the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by gynecological factors, with a view to providing a certain reference basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain.
