Abstract
At present, China is in the stage of transition from the era of coal to the era of petroleum. Therefore, in addition to transition to renewable energy, saving of fossil energy and improvement of environmental benefit at the present stage can be regarded as “transition”. Currently, economical utilization of fossil energy and installation of renewable energy power generation are of smooth progress in China. However, due to incomplete systems and policies, it’s difficult to reach the share target of terminal renewable energy in 2030. Though domestic and foreign research institutes and organizations conducted optimistic design of China’s future energy transition, a power must take its energy resources into full consideration and carry out calm analysis of transition directions and rational thinking of the promotion mechanism. Only in this way, can costs for energy transition be covered by the economic system to avoid “throes” of community economy caused by high-cost transition.
