Abstract

Parkinson’s disease is a common central nervous system degenerative disease,its pathogenesis has not yet been clear.There are many difficulties in its treatment.At present the most effective way is to use levodopa replacement therapy,but still can not effectively prevent or slow the disease development.Therefore,inhibitors of monoamine oxidase B,dopamine receptor agonists and other drugs for adjuvant treatment also can be used in the clinical practice.In the middle and advanced stage,the appropriate surgery can be taken.Stem cell transplantation and gene therapy has broad prospects.
