Abstract
曲霉病通常发生于免疫力低下的患者.严重侵袭性曲霉病可引起系统性感染,导致死亡.曲霉病的治疗经过几十年的发展有了很大进展.新的抗真菌药物、免疫调节疗法和多种联合治疗方案的出现,使得侵袭性曲霉病患者的存活率有了显著提升.但在多种抗真菌药物的使用中出现的耐药现象也应该引起关注。
