Abstract

随着甲状腺相关疾病的增多和治疗效果的提高，开放性甲状腺手术术后颈部切口的美容问题成为患者和医生的共同关注点。鉴于临床中术者大多根据临床经验和个人习惯而采取不同的闭合技术，各种技术对甲状腺手术瘢痕的影响缺乏循证依据。本文结合近年来的相关文献对开放性甲状腺手术瘢痕的评估方法、影响因素、预防及治疗作简要综述，为甲状腺手术切口关闭技术的选择以及瘢痕的预防提供参考。.
