Abstract

Protein engineering technology is a new technology to synthesize proteins that do not exist in nature through molecular design and DNA recombination technology at the gene level. In recent years, protein engineering technology has been applied more and more widely in the field of biopharmaceuticals, and its development prospects are also very broad. In this paper, three kinds of protein engineering techniques: site-directed mutation, directed evolution and tRNA-mediated protein engineering, are introduced, and their applications in biopharmaceuticals are also introduced.Protein engineering technology is a new technology to synthesize proteins that do not exist in nature through molecular design and DNA recombination technology at the gene level.
