Abstract
子宫内膜癌在组织学及分子水平上是一组异质性显著的恶性肿瘤，不同的病理类型有其独特的组织学表现及不同的生物学行为。随着患者年轻化的趋势和精准医疗的全面推广，传统子宫内膜癌分类方法在指导个体化治疗、疗效预测、预后评估和遗传综合征筛选等方面的局限性逐渐突显，临床上迫切需要更优化的分型以更准确地反映肿瘤的分子生物学行为，为患者的精准诊疗提供理论和实践基础。本文就子宫内膜癌的传统分类及近年来分子分型的研究进展进行综述，期望为临床诊疗策略提供更具实践意义的分型依据。.
