Abstract
During the development process of surgery, surgeons have been committed to finding a less invasive surgical method for patients, hoping to obtain better surgical results and clinical prognosis. With the continuous development of medical technology and the new discovery of related clinical research, the treatment of colorectal cancer is constantly changing, and the field of minimally invasive colorectal cancer surgery has made great progress. From traditional laparotomy to laparoscopy, and then to the application of robot operating system, under the basic principle of safety and effectiveness, colorectal cancer surgical equipment and instruments are becoming more and more scientific, accurate, more flexible and comfortable, and more and more widely applicable; from abdominal surgery to natural cavity endoscopic surgery and natural cavity specimen extraction surgery, colorectal cancer surgical methods are also evolving from minimal invasiveness to noninvasiveness .
