Abstract
Dendritic cells(DCs) are the most powerful antigen-presenting cells in the body, which has become a hot research topic in the field of tumor immunotherapy because of their pivotal role in the innate immune and adaptive immune response. Pulsed by tumor cells, tumor specific peptides and so on, DCs can induce T cells to effective cytotoxic T cells. The paper briefly reviews preclinical research and clinical treatment of DCs for immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer. Key words: Pancreatic neoplasms; Immunotherapy; Dendritic cells
