Abstract

Hemophagocytic syndrome is caused by a variety of potential lesions, resulting in excessive proliferation of lymphocytes and tissue cells, and a life-threatening inflammatory response caused by cytokine storms. Given that the etiology and clinical manifestations of the disease are complex and the specific symptoms are rare, so early diagnosis often occurs misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This article reviews the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of hemophagocytic syndrome. Key words: Hemophagocytic syndrome; Diagnosis; Treatment
