Abstract
NovaSure endometrial ablation is the second generation method and a new treatment for abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB). Compare to other strategies, it has many advantages, such as shortest time of operation, simple operation, without preoperative pretreatment, high amenorrhea rates and low rates of reintervention after NovaSure endometrial ablation.In addition, its unique design can precisely control the depth of ablation and the area of the entire uterine endometrium, and improve the safety and efficacy of operation. It's postoperative complication rates are very low.Currently, the application of NovaSure endometrial ablation has become increasingly widespread in the domestic.This article focuses on clinical applications and progress in treatment of AUB by NovaSure endometrial ablation.
