Abstract
头颈部肿瘤的发病率约占肿瘤总体发生率的3%。手术和放疗是主要治疗方式。头颈肿瘤患者中大约40%为早期病例（Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期），仅行单一的手术或放疗即可。即使局部复发，手术和放疗仍然是主要的治疗方法。对于不适合根治性放疗或手术的局部晚期病例，治疗方案和远处转移肿瘤一致，均是以化疗为基础的综合治疗。
