Abstract

Mortality of the population due to diseases of the cardiovascular system is the most acute problem in Russia. According to the WorldHealth Organization, the standardized death rate from cardiovascular diseases in the Russian Federation remains one of the highestin Europe. This review presents statistical data on morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases in the Russian Federation andanalyzes the delivery of medical care to patients with these diseases in 2017. Information about activity of primary vascular departmentsand regional vascular centers is given. The article suggests a set of measures aimed at improvement of the provision of medicalcare to patients with cardiovascular diseases.

Introduction

В России 33 % от всех смертей вследствие БСК были отнесены к хроническим формам ИБС, которые в настоящее время не рекомендуются для обозначения причин смерти. Поскольку в большинстве регионов страны отмечается проблема своевременной доставки больных с ОКСпSТ в кардиологическое отделение, имеющее возможность проведения ЧКВ, а также до сих пор далеко не везде решен вопрос минимизации потери времени для проведения ЧКВ, в нашей стране очень актуальна правильно организованная фармакоинвазивная тактика лечения ОКСпSТ [24, 25].
