Abstract

Programmable Memory Metamaterials In article number 2100472, Benwen Chen, Jingbo Wu, Biaobing Jin, and colleagues present a programmable terahertz metamaterial with memory function. Each pixel is electrically addressable by suppressing the thermal crosstalk, and modulation speed of 1 kHz is obtained. Its state enables being written, read, and erased with an electrical pulse; thus, the non-volatile storage of multi-state terahertz images is demonstrated.
