Abstract
The substances flow and quality measurements attain in our national economy 19% of all the measurements, and the number of utilized flowmeters and counters attain several billion items. However, the flowmeters so far produced by the instrument-making enterprises do not ensure the necessary quality in measuring over the required ranges the working media with diverse physicochemical properties. The basic reason for this condition consists of the~insuf ficiently developed metrological provision system in this sphere of measurement.
