Abstract
The program development for condition assessment of power transformer in generating plant, mainly oil-immersed type and large power transformer, has been proposed by using the scoring and weighting technique. The database setup for technical specification, factory test as well as routine inspection and maintenance such as visual inspection, insulating oil test and electrical test has been developed by using MySQL with PHP and JAVA programing language. The health index of power transformer components as general condition, active part, insulating oil in main tank, insulating oil in OLTC, bushing and surge arrester as well as overall health index of power transformer can be calculated. The obtained health index can be compared in our power transformer fleet in order to determine the proper maintenance tasks and resource allocation.
