Plain Language SummaryThe combination of transarterial chemoembolization, lenvatinib, and PD-1 inhibitor is an efficacious conversion therapy for uHCC. In this multicenter retrospective study, we discovered that PR was associated with the prognosis of patients who underwent conversion surgery. Predictors of MPR included neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and alpha-fetoprotein levels.
