Abstract

Limited data is available on clinical outcomes with frozen testicular sperm as many programs still prefer fresh biopsies. While presence of motile/ twitching sperm is linked to successful fertilization using frozen-thawed testicular sperm, few studies have looked at the impact of maternal age on final clinical outcomes. Such data may be a useful tool to improve patient counseling and manage expectations.
