Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Women with endometriosis often display diminished endometrial receptivity, which correlates with resistance of the endometrium to progesterone (P) action during the secretory phase. We recently reported that CRISP3 is a P-regulated protein in the macaque endometrium. Our goal was to compare CRISP3 expression in the secretory endometrium of macaques with or without endometriosis in order to better define P resistance in this animal model for endometriotic disease.
