Abstract

Premature progesterone elevation before hCG triggering is known to occur occasionally in stimulated IVF although causes for this elevation are still unclear. The negative effect of this rise on the endometrium therefore affecting IVF outcomes is acknowledged. However, this is not documented in mnIVF condition. The aim of this study is to determine whether PG levels on the day of hCG could predict no oocyte at egg collection and both biochemical and clinical pregnancy rates (PR).
