Abstract
Even though, India is one of the largest providers of nurse workforce to many countries, scientific researches to explore the professional socialisation, professional values and its related variables like professional self-concept and self-esteem of our nursing students are rarely done. This descriptive correlational study was done to obtain a data base on pr rofessional socialisation and its selected determinant factors among BSc Nursing students in Kerala.
