Abstract
In the terms of headlonging and many-sided development of Ukraine the process of modernization not only in particular fields of education but the system of education in the whole takes place. These changes are explained by the context of the national and international development. The technical and technological advantages of computing today are clear, especially during the organization of professional training of present-day specialists-programmers. All these factors can be fond in the development of the State Educational Standards.
