Abstract
Educational PMAs are developing ways of working with the A-EQUIP model. PMAs at Birmingham City University have developed restorative clinical supervision (RCS) sessions using appreciative inquiry with midwifery students. Evaluation was overwhelmingly positive and RCS has been rolled out across all years of the programme. There is a distinct role for educational PMAs.
