Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the legal consciousness of a lawyer as a specific type of professional legal consciousness. The work reveals the phenomenon of professional legal consciousness, and its structure is determined. The factors that influence the legal consciousness of a lawyer are identified. The specificity of legal psychology and legal ideology of a lawyer is revealed.
