Abstract

This article discusses the concept of development. This is done assuming that life is a permanent negotiation between obligation of living according to demands and cohertions from the present local-spatial, and different kinds of antecedent rules instituted from a distance of these local adherences. In this sense, it is proposed an ethical and epistemological posture that creates a new regime of knowledge production taking into consideration the knowledge and values developed by the local social authors.
