Abstract

The article presents the data of production tests of comparative effectiveness of anticoccidial drugs avatec and salimix plus in spontaneous eimeriosis of broiler chickens. Bird eimerioses are widespread in poultry farms of Dagestan Republic. Infestation of birds by parasites is caused by non-observance of conditions of care, feeding and keeping, as well as not timely carrying out of the proper veterinary and sanitary measures. Of great importance in control and prevention of eimerioses of birds is the correct selection of effective modern domestic and foreign coccidiostatics. Frequent use of the same coccidiostatics in poultry and private farms leads to the emergence of resistant populations of Eimeria to them. Therefore, finding of new modern highly active coccidiostatics, in combination with probiotics and vitamins. is an urgent task. Comparative tests of drugs effectiveness were carried out on 14 day-old chickens - broilers "Ross-308". divided into 3 groups - control and 2 experimental, of 50 heads in each. Chickens of the first experimental group received the preparation Avatek, in dose 0,5 g per 1 kg of feed in combination with Spasitsyn probiotic. in dose 10 ml / 1 liter of water, durinq 7 days. Second group were given the preparation Salimix plus with feed in dose 0.5 g per 1 kg., durinq 7-10 days. The control group was not given preparations. Broiler chickens were kept in the same conditions of care, feeding and housing, in accordance with the established norms and daily routine in the farm. The use of the preparation Avatek in dose 0.5 g per 1 kg of feed. in combination with Spasitsup probiotic. of dose of 10 ml/1 liter of water, sanitized the bird's organism from parasites within 7 days. Survival rate of experimental young birds for the period of observation was, respectively, 96.0%. The use of the drug Avatek + Spasitsyn for the treatment of sick broiler- chickens, durinq 7-10 days reduced the deaths in 8.5 times, compared with control. The effectiveness of the treatment was 96.0%.
