Abstract

Due to the growing demand for environmentally friendly products, the use of natural growth stimulants in animal husbandry has become especially relevant. Studies were conducted in accordance with generally accepted methods of zootechnical accounting, the average daily milk productivity of cows, safety, average daily and absolute growth of turkeys were determined. To assess the quality of milk, we used physicochemical and microbiological methods of investigation. The meat productivity of turkeys was evaluated by pre-slaughter weight, gutted carcass weight and slaughter yield. The use of activated zeolite in milk production technology made it possible to increase the milk productivity of cows and improve the quality characteristics of milk. The use of bentonite, poly enzyme preparation “Universal” and enzyme-mineral complex in poultry meat production contributed to an increase in the safety of turkeys, their growth rate and meat productivity.
