Abstract

The features of the synthesis, the results of studies of vibrational spectra and thermal expansion сhalkohalogenide glasses cut (GeS2)X(AsSBr)1-X are considered. Conclusions about structural features and structural relaxation of these materials are made on the basis of infrared spectra, Raman spectra, temperature dependence of the relative elongation of samples.
