Product Innovation Design Method Based on System Thinking

Abstract

Aim To propose a product innovation design method based on system thinking. In the conceptual construction stage of product design, in view of the lack of integrity and innovation of design, we use product system thinking to build a combination of innovative design methods to stimulate the design ideas and inspiration of designers, and then better carry out product innovative design. Methods From the four dimensions of social, environmental, human and product in product system thinking, we constructed a combined innovation system of elements, concreted the design elements and substituted them into the combined innovation model, extracted the final design keywords through random shuffling and reorganization, and finally analyzed the acquired terms for design translation, so as to break through the design thinking pattern and establish the innovative design scheme. Results Based on the product system thinking, a new design innovation thinking method was constructed. The design scheme was highly innovative, the element positioning was clear and clear, the method was feasible, and it met the theoretical and practical needs. Conclusion The product innovative design method based on system thinking, taking the specific design practice as an example, has verified the effectiveness of this method, which makes the innovative scheme produce rapidly and have the design systematism at the same time, which opens up the design idea and improves the design originality and innovation.
