Abstract

Find the defects and user pain points of existing household goods management products, improve the design of household goods management products, and enhance user experience. By analyzing the current status of the use of household goods management products and user needs, find out the shortcomings and user pain points in the use of existing products, and improve the integrated design of such products based on the diversified needs of users in the family life. Taking the pain points in the user's existing household goods management process as the problem point, an integrated design scheme of new family goods management products is proposed, which aims to improve the efficiency and experience of users in the daily management of household goods. By analyzing the general psychological characteristics and behaviors of users in household goods management, combined with the functional requirements of item search, storage, and expiration reminders, a family item management product based on RFID technology is designed.
