Abstract
Recently, a wearable application is the most popular technology for daily life and health care. However, an excellent wearable electrical device should be matched with an effective, convenient, and flexible energy source. Therefore, we developed a kind of energy device technology with wire supercapacitor. Graphene oxide (GO) was the main material, which has high specific surface characteristics and excellent electrical conductivity behavior. The hydrophilic functional group on GO surface enhanced the transfer of electrolyte. We added the modified single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT), as the sheet of graphene oxide concatenates the bridge, which supplied the stronger physical behavior. We synthesize supercapacitor wire electrode via a high-pressure and high-temperature technology. This study had been produced with a diameter of 25 – 50 μm supercapacitor wire electrodes and the capacity is around 2.72 mF/cm2 by a three-electrode electrochemical experiment in 0.5 M sulfuric acid aqueous.
