Abstract
One of the greatest achievements in the development of the information society is the transition of all purchases for state and municipal needs in Russia to a digital platform. This platform is a Unified Information System in the field of procurement, which, in accordance with the law, should be used for competitive procurement in Russia starting from 2019. The purpose of the article is to assess specific indicators that describe regional features of the procurement of goods and services. As these indicators, we considered the average cost of one contract for each of the regions of Russia, the level of involvement of small businesses in the implementation of contracts, the share of savings in the total cost of the contract, the share and value of the contracts with small businesses participation in the total number and value of all concluded contracts. The study used data from the Unified Information System for 82 regions of Russia. The calculations of the values of indicators describing regional aspects of the procurement were made; average values and intervals of change for most regions of five indicators under consideration were estimated; regions with high and low values of indicators were identified.
