AbstractChemicals (MIC: 11.1 SIC: 2841 NAIC: 325611)Procter & Gamble is engaged in providing branded consumer goods products, sold through retail operations including mass merchandisers, grocery stores, membership club stores and drug stores. Co. is organized into three Global Business Units (GBUs): Beauty and Health; Household Care; and Gillette GBU. In addition, Co. has a Global Operations group, which consists of the Market Development Organization (MDO) and Global Business Services (GBS). Co. has seven reportable segments: Beauty; Health Care; Fabric Care and Home Care; Pet Health, Snacks and Coffee; Baby Care and Family Care; Blades and Razors; and Duracell and Braun.
