Abstract
At the present time, the process of changing the system of values, in many respects, requires the formation of a high spirituality, a radical change in the attitude of people to their life, their attitude to their behavior and activities, a new vision and worldview in them. The period of independence and reform is a period of universal perfection of man, increasing the position of the factor of values, shapxs qualitatively improves his moral and moral appearance, the educational criteria that affect him. The spiritual basis of the new system of values should also be solid. The implementation of the tasks of transferring society to a new qualitative state requires radical deviations in political, economic, cultural and spiritual spheres. The solution of these tasks in all respects depends also on the activity of man, his creative activity and initiative, his duty, conscience, conscious attitude to the work entrusted, loyalty, spiritual maturity.
