Abstract

Bodo language is one of the popular language of North East India. The language is originated from Tibeto-Burman group of greater Sino-Tibetan language family. This is the associate state language of Assam. The language is scattering fairly a large area including neighboring states Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya and North Bengal part of West Bengal and neighboring country Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh. Here, in this paper it is trying to discuss the process of nominalization in Bodo. Nominalization is the process by which noun can be derived from different grammatical categories such as verb and noun itself. Therefore, this paper discusses the process of nominalization by analytical method.
