Abstract
U radu je prikazan proces proizvodnje obuće u preduzeću „Gepard Vis“ i radna mesta na kojima su radno angažovane osobe sa invaliditetom kao i postupci indetifikacije opasnoti i štetnosti u procesu proizvodnje obuće, a u cilju procenjivanja rizika po bezbednost i zdravlje zaposlenih. Izvršena je procena rizika za radna mesta na kojima su zaposlene osobe sa invaliditetom na osnovu prepoznatih opasnosti i štetnosti i dati su predlozi za kontrolu i upravljanje rizicima u procesu proizvodnje obuće.
