Abstract

The experimental procedure and basic processes affecting the dynamics of radiation-induced electrical conductivity in electronegative (SF6) gas are analyzed. It is demonstrated that in the range of SF6 gas pressure from 10 to 100 torr the measurement error of this procedure does not exceed 10%.
