Obtaining testimony takes place during the interrogation, confrontation, verification of testimony on the spot, presentation for identification. The implementation of the objectives of these investigative actions is possible with strict compliance with regulatory requirements and forensic recommendations during their conduct. The authors draw attention to the importance of establishing psychological contact in the production of verbal and complex investigative actions. The conclusions of the authors are proposals for improving the norms of criminal procedure legislation regulating the procedure for obtaining testimony in the course of individual investigative actions, as well as recommendations for the correct use of tactical and psychological techniques in the process of their conduct.
