Problems related to the implementation of a complex training system and professional development of train drivers using traction vehicle simulators in the Polish railway transport

Abstract

The article discusses the issue of using simulators of traction vehicles in railway transport in Poland. The aim of the article is to present on the basis of legal regulations and the resulting requirements of existing solutions and proposals for the use of traction vehicle simulators in the process of training and improving the skills of drivers in Poland. The analysis of legal regulations and basic problems related to the implementation of traction vehicle simulators in the process of training drivers in Poland were made.
