Bo Liu discusses the pitfalls caused by the preference for original evidence in China, and the reasons for the rigorous standard of admissibility for electronic evidence in Chinese judicial practice. This includes a misunderstanding of the theory of admissibility for electronic evidence, indicating a misunderstanding between admissibility and probative value.
