Problems of ordering of administrative services by the organs of local self-government

Abstract

In today’s development of administrative services by authorities obtains a higher level in the process of implementation the principles of openness and transparency in public administration and local government. At present, imperfect legal framework for administrative services leads to deceleration of process of reform-ing the entire administrative system. As a result, there are complications in the activities of state and local governments in the process of administrative services identification of features and unifying their types.The purpose of this project is to investigate current problems of ordering of administrative services pro-vided by local authorities and working-out recommendations on their resolution.The modern practice of executive power and local self-government indicates that they provide a lot of ad-ministrative services. At the same time, the majority among the same type of government there is a difference in the number and title services to citizens. Practice in ordering of administrative services shows that among both government agencies and local governments there are significant differences in the number of adminis-trative services, and in the formulation titles of them.
