Abstract

The article discusses some problems of legal regulation of migration problems, as well as ways to solve them. As a result of the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion that in order to further improve the migration legislation, it is objectively necessary to conduct scientific research on the problems and prospects of its development, including through systematization. Accordingly, the development of legal migration policy strategies should be strictly scientifically based.
