Abstract

AbstractPurpose: The aim of the work is to study the problems of legal regulation of issues related to efficient and rational land use, the level of income of employees of agricultural organizations, the search for sources of capital growth to ensure sustainable agricultural production. Design/methodology/approach: The methodological basis of the study was general scientific and particular scientific methods (comparative legal, statistical and expert assessments). Findings: One of the main tasks of any state is to ensure food security, as it is an integral part of the country's national security. In Russia, this aspect of security remains an important area of ​​state policy and lawmaking. At the same time, the depressive state of the industry indicates the low efficiency of the means of legal regulation of the agro-industrial complex. Since we are talking about the production of irreplaceable food products of paramount vital importance for a person, it is the state that should objectively assume all the main functions of reliably ensuring the country's food security. Originality/value: The study allowed us to draw the following conclusions: the organization of economic activity should be carried out in conjunction with the organization of social management at all its levels, while the role of global institutions in the regulation of national production and trade should be comprehensively taken into account, since legal regulation has a significant impact on the formation in the process economic activity of internal risks.KeywordsAgro-industrial complexLegal regulationFood securityAgricultural law-making policyJEL ClassificationK13K38K42
